Let me introduce you to Katie Stumbo with Go Conquer Fitness. Katie is not your ordinary Personal Trainer, she has more degrees, certification and knowledge than I can even remember or pronounce.  What I love about Katie is her ability and desire to personalize your training to what your body needs.  She looks at your uniqueness both in ability and body type and develops programs or adapts the workouts for you.  As I have worked with Katie my movement has improved and my pain has decreased.  Working out with Katie is always fun and the time just flies by.  She is a strong yet kind woman.  I could go on and on but I will let her tell you in her own words.  Read on and I highly recommend you do a class with Katie-immediately.

Where are you from? I am an Arizona Native!  I moved to California for 18 months when my husband was in the Marine Corps but came running right back to Arizona when he got out.

What service do you provide? I provide one-on-one personal training, group training sessions and PNF. PNF is a facilitated stretching that is wonderful at re-establishing range of motion, reducing inflammation and pain. It is wonderful for things like frozen shoulder, sciatic nerve pain, low back , knee pain and injuries. Regardless of if someone is coming in for one-on-one help or group sessions I make sure every workout is exactly right for that unique individual and any hurdles they are struggling with. What training, education, experience do you have in your area? I have been a Trainer for 16 years. I have my B.S. in Biology with a focus in Pre-Physical Therapy, PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist), and CPT C certified Personal Trainer) What do you love about what you do? I love watching people discover that they do not have to live in pain and achieve bucket list items they thought they had to give up. A favorite of mine was my 76yrd old Client with bi-lateral knee replacement who went and hiked Machu Picchu. The excitement and victory she felt was priceless. Why do you do what you do? I love exercising and fitness, I love learning, I love watching people change their lives for the better!  I have also been injured more times than I can count. I am a walking testament to the work that I do. For a deeper look at my story you can click you can read about it here  Who is your style icon and why? Its hard to pick one, it depends on my mood. I love a strong, confident, feminine  woman. So Wonder Woman ?!!?! 😁  Some names that come to mind are Angelina Jolie in the Tomb Raider era, Jessica Beal, and Scarlett Johansson and of course Rosie the Riveter!!  For you personally what one item makes you feel stylish?  I always feel the best in a structured athletic wear or in something that makes me feel feminine. I have large shoulders, a wide back, and short thick legs so its hard to find something that makes me feel that way. Want more information? Check out my Recommendations Page.
